Ask about a cook for one or two evenings: handmade pasta, truffle in season and slow roasted meats suit a table of 20 far better than a restaurant.

How many guests can one villa sleep?
It depends on the house. The largest here sleeps 43 across a main house and cottages; others take smaller parties. Each listing shows bedrooms and guest numbers, and owners do not allow more than stated.
Do we need more than one car?
In most cases, yes. Umbria is best explored by car, and a group of 12 will want two or three vehicles or a minibus with driver. Most villas have parking; we can confirm the space available.
How does booking work for a group?
Send one enquiry for up to five villas with your dates and numbers. Our answer follows within one working day. In summer most houses rent Saturday to Saturday, and pools usually open from May to October.
