Large villas in Positano for family and friends
Houses large enough for a whole party are rare in Positano, where most buildings climb the cliff in narrow terraces. The six below each have six bedrooms or more, so grandparents, cousins and old friends can share one address with room to be apart. Evenings gather everyone at a long table; mornings belong to whoever wakes first.
They differ in character. One offers an indoor heated pool, a Turkish bath and a terrace hot tub, about 1 km from the centre; another is a former noble residence with 750 sqm of terraced garden. A third has a private stone stair of about 100 steps to a sea platform, and a fourth an infinity pool looking straight over Fornillo beach.

A private boat with skipper takes a group to Capri, the Li Galli islands or the Emerald Grotto for the day, far simpler than ferries.
Groups often land at different times. Arrange two or three transfers from Naples rather than one large coach, which struggles on the narrow coast road.

How far ahead should a group book?
For July and August, as early as you can: there are few houses of this size, and they are often taken for the same weeks each year. Spring and September leave more choice.
Can we book two villas close together?
Sometimes. Include both in one request, up to five villas in total, and we will check which combinations are free for your dates. Expect our answer within one working day.
Is there a minimum stay for large villas?
In high season they generally rent by the week, Saturday to Saturday. Outside summer the owner may accept shorter stays; we confirm the terms of each house when we reply.
