May and October can be warm by day but cool at night. A heated pool or indoor spa pool extends swimming at either end of the season.
Pools on cliff terraces are often compact and deep at one end. Tell us if you need a shallow area for children or less confident swimmers.

When are the pools open?
Villa pools on this coast usually open in May and close in October. Outside those months they are generally covered, unless the owner has a heated or indoor pool.
Can we also swim in the sea from Praiano?
Yes. Marina di Praia has a small beach, and there are rocky swimming spots and bathing platforms along the shore. Some villas here have their own steps or ladder into the water.
