The ground floor has a kitchen with dining area, two living rooms and a double with shower room; one living room has its own shower room and can become a fifth bedroom on request. Three more doubles with shower rooms are on the first floor. The lower floor holds a sitting room and a heated indoor pool with water jets, waterfall, chromotherapy and aromatherapy.
Outside
The terrace carries a saltwater infinity pool, 1.25 to 1.70 m deep and heated at extra cost, with loungers, an al fresco dining area and views across Praiano to the sea. A rooftop garden has a sunbathing area and outdoor shower; a corner of the patio is scented with jasmine. There is also a barbecue.

Near the centre of Praiano, a short walk from cafés and restaurants; a garage is available at extra cost. Conca dei Marini is 5 km, Amalfi 8 km, Positano 9 km. Naples Capodichino Airport is 68 km.
