The 12 homes below have one or two bedrooms. On the Grand Canal, a Gothic palazzo founded in 1450 has a private wooden pier for aperitifs above the water. Near the Frari, a first floor apartment in a 15th century San Polo palazzo has a Turkish bath in one bathroom, and on the San Vio canal in Dorsoduro a restored apartment is a short stroll from the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and the Accademia.

Yes, the vaporetto water buses link the city to Murano, Burano, Torcello and the Lido beaches, and a private water taxi can be booked for any journey.
