A third floor apartment of 70 sqm in a 15th century San Polo palazzo. Whitewashed beams, Venetian stucco walls and oak floors with contemporary design; the bedroom looks over the palazzo's private garden and the canal. A concierge is on site by day.

An 18 sqm kitchen with two courtyard windows, bespoke cabinetry and a round dining table under a glass chandelier. A foyer leads to the king size double bedroom, with a private bathroom just outside. Beyond it, a low ceilinged living room with two oversized sofas faces the canal and rooftops.
Location
In San Polo, near the San Tomà waterbus stop and a short walk from the Grand Canal and the Basilica dei Frari, with restaurants and bars nearby. The centre is about 1.2 km on foot; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 14 km.
