A generous living room overlooking the Grand Canal, with two single sofa beds for extra guests on request, and a small kitchen corner and bar for breakfast, without cookware. Two doubles, the master with a water vapour fireplace and coffee corner, share two shower rooms nearby; a guest bathroom and laundry complete the plan.
Outside
A private dock and wooden pier on the Grand Canal, set for aperitifs or dinner by the water.
Location
On the Grand Canal in the San Polo district, a short walk from the main sights, with restaurants and bars around. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 14 km, Padua 47 km.
