The villa
A carefully restored house of about 230 sqm in the centre of Praiano, above the sea, with majolica tiles, sea view windows and a spiral staircase that reads as a sculpture. A resident butler and a chef look after the house.
Inside
The ground floor holds the living room, dining area and kitchen, and a spa: a heated indoor pool with Jacuzzi and waterfall, 3.15 by 5.35 m, a sauna with chromotherapy, an emotional shower and a Finnish bucket. Four doubles with en suite showers are on the first floor; the fifth, above, has a bathtub in the room.
Outside
The terrace holds a 3.60 by 7.20 m pool, 1 m deep, open April to October and unheated, with loungers and sea views. There are outdoor lounge areas, a barbecue area for dining and a small shaded fitness corner with weight bench, exercise bike and treadmill.
Location
A few metres from the centre of Praiano, near shops, restaurants and a bar; the nearest beach is Marina di Praia. Positano is 8 km, Amalfi 9 km. Naples Capodichino Airport is 68 km.
