The villa
A contemporary house on the cliffs at Praiano, over two floors in a small complex among Mediterranean vegetation, combining white modern interiors with local craftsmanship.
Inside
The top floor has a spacious white living room with large windows to the terrace, and a kitchen with gas and induction hobs around a centuries old pinewood table from the Royal Palace of Caserta. Below, five sea view doubles each open onto a private terrace and have an en suite shower room with panoramic windows. Beds cannot be separated.
Outside
Panoramic terraces hold a 5 by 3.5 m hydromassage pool, heated on request, a solarium with loungers, a barbecue area for outdoor dining, a shaded lounge and a hammock. A stair of about 152 steps, shared with neighbouring villas, leads down to the public beach of Marina di Praia.
Location
About 1.5 km from the centre of Praiano, 55 steps below the main gate, with private parking for one car. Two restaurants are 300 and 400 m away. Amalfi is 8 km, Positano 9 km. Salerno Costa d'Amalfi Airport is 52 km, Naples Capodichino Airport 68 km.
