An open plan living room and kitchen with a fireplace. A private lift reaches the first floor, with two doubles: one with an en suite shower room, the other with an en suite bathroom without shower. A further shower room by the kitchen.
Outside
Above the house, a 4 x 6 m pool, 2.5 m deep, with high end loungers and coastal views, reached by stone steps through bougainvillea. On the lawn, an al fresco dining area, a small outdoor kitchen, a shower room and an outdoor shower.
Location
About 600 to 800 m on foot, or five minutes by car, from the centre of Praiano; the nearest bars and restaurants are a 10 minute walk. Positano is 7 km and Amalfi 11 km; Naples airport is 68 km.
