The villa
A 19th century house near Ravello, once used as a vantage point for watching the sea, now four independent apartments set in 5,000 m² of Mediterranean grounds. Hand painted Vietri tiles, antique furniture and bright rooms throughout.
Inside
On the ground floor, a professional kitchen, pantry and dining room shared by all. Upstairs, two connecting apartments, each with two doubles, two Vietri tiled bathrooms, a sofa bed and a kitchen or kitchenette; one bedroom has a 15 m² panoramic terrace. On the first floor, a one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and a 24 m² studio for two.
Outside
A pool, an outdoor hot tub and a natural grotto of cold water, with an expansive solarium, a movable gazebo, a barbecue area and outdoor dining and lounge areas facing the coast and the sunset. Private gardens for some apartments.
Location
About 1 km from the centre of Ravello, Villa Rufolo and the Ravello Festival. Amalfi is 7 km, Minori 9 km and Positano 24 km; Naples airport is 59 km, Salerno airport 63 km.
