The entrance level holds a large living room with French doors to the sea view terrace, a dining area and the kitchen. Below are two king size doubles and a twin, each en suite; the next level has three king size doubles sharing two shower rooms. An annex off the patio has a seventh king size double, en suite.
Outside
A 7 by 3 m pool, 1.50 m deep, sits among garden and terraces with loungers and a hot tub for four. A spacious terrace has an al fresco dining area and barbecue, beside an outdoor lounge and a patio.

In a pedestrian area in the heart of Praiano, close to restaurants, shops, buses and the beach; stairs at the end of Via Masa lead down to the sea. Positano and Conca dei Marini are 7 km. Naples Capodichino Airport is 67 km.
