The villa
A historic house on the hillside above Positano, spread over four floors, with fine fabrics, antique furniture and sea views from every bedroom. A cook, waiter, maid and concierge are part of the stay.
Inside
The ground floor holds a bright living room, a dining room with a long table, a kitchen with pizza oven and two guest bathrooms. Upper and lower floors each have four doubles with king size beds, convertible to twin, en suite showers and private terrace access. On request, the attic adds two family suites, each with two double bedrooms, for eight more guests.
Outside
The infinity pool measures 4.50 by 8.50 m, 1.30 m deep, with loungers on a furnished deck beside a manicured garden. Panoramic terraces carry an outdoor lounge and an al fresco dining area looking over the town and the sea.
Location
About 150 steps above street level, but a lift runs from the street to the garden gate from 8 am to 8 pm. The centre of Positano is a 10 minute walk. Sorrento is 16 km, Amalfi 18 km and Naples Capodichino Airport 61 km.
