The villa
A sea view house just outside Praiano, arranged as two apartments over two floors, with lush gardens, sunlit terraces and an infinity pool. Children under 12 are not accepted.

Upstairs, a 120 m² apartment: a master bedroom with queen size canopy bed and glass doors to the sea, and a 13 m² twin that converts to a king, with two bathrooms, one finished in Venetian plaster. Downstairs, a 65 m² apartment: a queen bedroom behind an all glass wall, a hand painted bathroom and a 40 m² living, dining and kitchen area.
Outside
An 11 x 4.5 m infinity pool with loungers, facing Positano and Capri, set among lush gardens and terraces. A shaded pergola for al fresco dining, an outdoor grill, and an outdoor shower with changing area.
Location
About 1 km from the centre of Praiano, with restaurants, bars, shops and a pharmacy. Positano is 10 km and Amalfi 11 km; Salerno airport is 55 km, Naples airport 85 km.
