The villa
A renovated farmhouse among centuries old olive trees on the hills of the Antognolla golf course, its traditional exterior opening onto modern, elegant interiors. A main house and a guest house sleep ten adults and four children, with wide views of the Umbrian countryside.
Inside
Main house: a sitting room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room and guest bathroom; below, a TV room, laundry, a double with en suite shower room and a children's room with bunk beds; upstairs, a double with shower room and a master with walk in closet, bathtub and shower. The single storey guest house has a kitchen, a living room with fireplace and two en suite doubles.
Outside
A 7.5 by 16.5 m infinity pool with far reaching views and a furnished poolside area. Terraces and a pergola frame sunset aperitifs, and an outdoor dining area sits among olive trees, lavender and scented shrubs. The drive passes the 11th century Antognolla Castle. The estate vineyard offers tastings.
Location
On the Antognolla estate north of Perugia, about 650 m from the golf course, with shops in Umbertide and Pierantonio 10 to 15 minutes by car. Perugia is 20 km away, Gubbio 37 km and Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport 42 km.
