The villa
An 11th century castle and adjoining church, restored with care among gentle hills, vineyards and olive groves north of Perugia. Whitewashed beamed ceilings and marble showers mark the rustic and modern mix. A main unit and a guest house sleep 20.
Inside
The main unit has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, two sitting rooms, a TV room, laundry and the restored church. Six doubles with king beds and en suite shower rooms rise over three floors, two opening onto a garden terrace. The guest house has a living room, dining room with fireplace, kitchen and four more en suite doubles.
Outside
A 14 by 4 m infinity pool, heated on request, looks over the countryside from a furnished poolside area. An outdoor lounge and dining area invites long dinners at sunset. The estate has its own vineyard, with tastings organised, and a restaurant. Parking for about ten cars.

In the countryside 6 km from Pierantonio, where everyday services are found, and 6 km from the Antognolla Golf Club. Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport is 24 km away, Perugia 25 km, Gubbio 34 km and Assisi 41 km.
