The villa
A country villa of traditional architecture near Petrignano del Lago, close to the Tuscan border with Montepulciano, surrounded by hills, olive groves and vineyards. A main villa and an annex sleep 16 guests in eight bedrooms.
Inside
The main villa has a living area with fireplace, an arched dining area with vinyl player, a kitchen and six bedrooms: a master with double shower and whirlpool bath, a four poster room, doubles and twins, three en suite and the rest with nearby bathrooms. The annex has two doubles, one four poster, a shared shower room, a kitchen and a mezzanine with projector.
Outside
A 12 by 5 m pool, up to 1.70 m deep, with a paved sun deck over the countryside. Two loggias for outdoor dining, a lounge with firepit, a pizza oven and barbecue, and a vegetable garden. A balcony overlooks the vineyards. Two automatic gates and parking for about eight cars.
Location
In the countryside 850 m from Petrignano del Lago and 11 km from Castiglione del Lago on Lake Trasimeno. Montepulciano and Cortona are 18 km away, the Avignonesi winery about 5 km, and Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport 57 km.
