The villa
A countryside estate in classic Umbrian style above rolling hills and woods near Monte Castello di Vibio, made up of a 350 sqm main house and five cottages. Together they sleep 43 guests, 36 in beds and seven on sofa beds.
Inside
The main house has a living room with open fireplace, TV room, games room with bar, dining room, professional kitchen and two guest bathrooms; upstairs, four bedrooms. The cottages add 14 bedrooms, almost all with en suite shower rooms: five in the largest, four in the second, two each in two more and one in the smallest. A spa has hydromassage, Turkish bath and chromotherapy.
Outside
A panoramic outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool sit within landscaped gardens with wide countryside views. A covered outdoor dining area, a panoramic terrace, a gazebo and a small pavilion with views complete the grounds, with an outdoor shower and a bathroom for swimmers.

In the countryside 10 km from Monte Castello di Vibio. Todi is 15 km away, Orvieto 33 km, Perugia 55 km and Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport 56 km.
