The villa
A renovated farmhouse on the hills of an Umbrian estate with its own vineyard, looking over rolling countryside, the Antognolla golf course and castle. Exposed beams and neutral tones keep a traditional warmth. The main villa and an adjoining apartment have eight bedrooms.
Inside
The main villa has a living room, an open plan dining room with long wooden table, a kitchen, a sitting room with fireplace, a guest bathroom and a laundry. Upstairs are four doubles and two twins with four bathrooms, mostly just outside the rooms. The Olivo Apartment adds a kitchen, a living room and two doubles with en suite shower rooms.
Outside
A C shaped infinity pool of about 130 sqm overlooks the hills, with a Jacuzzi for eight above it cascading into the water. A pergola shades the sun beds. An open pool cottage holds a heated hot tub and lounge, and panoramic terraces offer outdoor dining. Wine tastings are held in the estate vineyard.
Location
On an estate in the hills north of Perugia, close to Antognolla Golf, with shops in Umbertide and Pierantonio 10 to 15 minutes by car. Perugia is 20 km away, Gubbio 37 km and Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport 42 km.
