The villa
A restored villa on a small hill above the medieval village of Monte del Lago, looking over Lake Trasimeno, its three islands and the Umbrian countryside. Local craftsmanship, custom furniture and original art fill the main villa and dépendance, sleeping 16 plus two.
Inside
The main villa's ground floor has living areas with terracotta floors, oak beams and French doors to the view, a kitchen, a formal dining area, a guest bathroom and one double. Upstairs, four lake view doubles and a guest bathroom. The dépendance holds three doubles around a small lounge. All eight doubles have en suite shower rooms. A separate gym.
Outside
A 6 by 18 m infinity pool with lake views. Terraces, patios and walkways run through a park with fruit trees and an olive grove. An outdoor kitchen has a grill and wood burning oven, and an outdoor lounge an entertainment area with fireplace. Tennis court and bocce court.

On a hill 700 m from the village of Monte del Lago, on the eastern shore of Lake Trasimeno. Perugia is 26 km away, Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport 34 km and Assisi 49 km.
