The villa
A medieval castle on a promontory within 500 hectares of park, woods and meadows, circled by the Chiascio river and looking to Mount Cucco. Stone fireplaces and preserved family furniture fill its halls. Fourteen bedrooms sleep 28 guests.
Inside
A central building and a connected wing hold 12 bedrooms furnished with antiques: seven doubles, three twins and two suites, some with whirlpool baths or a mini pool. An attic apartment adds two doubles, two bathrooms and a living room with kitchenette. Shared rooms include a library, billiard room and a professional kitchen for staff.
Outside
A 15 by 7.5 m pool, framed by lavender and fruit trees, has open views over the park, reached along a path lined with ancient trees. A panoramic patio with seating overlooks the pool, and outdoor lounges and quiet corners are scattered through the garden in spring and summer.

In open countryside 18 km from Gubbio. Assisi is 29 km away, Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport 36 km and Perugia 42 km.
