Family villas in Massa Lubrense and Nerano
Families return to this corner of the Sorrento Peninsula because it offers space without isolation. Villages such as Termini, Sant'Agata and Nerano keep a proper village life, with a square, a bakery and a church bell marking the hours, yet the houses around them stand in gardens large enough for children to run. Summer days here follow an easy rhythm of pool, lunch, siesta and a late swim.
Below you will find houses with three bedrooms or more and a pool, beach or family equipment. They range from a rustic villa above Termini with a separate guest house and studio, useful when grandparents join, to an estate above Sant'Agata with a 22 m pool and a tennis court, and a house of two wings, two pools and orange groves by the harbour of Massa Lubrense.

Beaches here are pebble rather than sand. Rubber water shoes, sold in the village shops, make the way into the sea comfortable for small feet.
The hillsides are terraced with lemons and olives, and the old footpaths between villages make a gentle morning outing for every age.
Each village has its evening ritual: a gelato in the piazza while children play and grandparents talk, then a slow walk home as the light fades.

Questions before you choose
Are the pools fenced?
Pool fencing is not standard in Italian villas. We ask each owner about fences, gates and alarms before you book, and can suggest houses where lawns are set apart from the water.
Can we have a cot and high chair?
Many owners provide both on request, sometimes for a small charge. List what you need in your enquiry and we confirm it with the owner along with availability.
What is the best time for a family trip?
June and early September combine a warm sea with fewer crowds. July and August suit school holidays but are hotter and busier. Pools are usually open from May to October.
