The villa

A contemporary residence of clean, essential lines, set on a sheer cliff above the harbour of Marina del Cantone. Minimal design meets a touch of seaside romance across several floors.

Inside

A large kitchen on the upper floor serves lunch and dinner; a smaller one on the lower floor serves breakfast, beside a lounge with TV and a 30 bottle wine cellar. Six doubles with queen size beds and en suite shower rooms: three on the first floor share a sea view balcony, three on the lower ground floor, one without a sea view.

Outside

The rooftop terrace faces Capri, with a heated Jacuzzi for four, sun loungers and a fitness area under a gazebo. Below, a pool with waterfall and water jets overlooks the sea, beside a dining area for 16 with barbecue and a lounge. A private gate opens onto a 100 m staircase to the beach.

The main square of Marina del Cantone, with bars and restaurants, is about 450 m away, Nerano 900 m. Sant'Agata is 8 km, Sorrento 17 km and Positano 26 km. Naples airport is 68 km.

Private Beach Access

From the villa, via a staircase of approximately 100 metres, it is possible to access the first equipped beach, the one visible from the villa. The staircase is accessed through a small private pedestrian gate located within the property.The second beach can be reached by exiting the main villa gate (where the car parking area is located) and following the internal driveway. At the end of this driveway, it is possible to access the second beach, which includes both a beach club area and a public beach.
