The villa
A rustic villa in the hills between Sant'Agata and Massa Lubrense, within 2,500 square metres of grounds. It looks over both gulfs to Capri, with wooden beams, carved fireplaces and 19th century character in the rooms.
Inside
The living and dining room is ringed by windows facing Capri. There is a study lined with historical ship models, a historical library, a billiards room, a music room with drums, guitar and keyboard, a gym and a sauna. Eight bedrooms: five doubles, two twins and a bunk room, with seven bathrooms; one suite, in a detached annex, has its own kitchen.
Outside
A 15 m pool with sea views, sunbeds and parasols sits beside a lounge under a gazebo. An outdoor barbecue and wood fired oven serve dining outdoors, and the grounds hold table tennis, a bocce court and a children's play area.

The villa is 2 km from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi and 5 km from Massa Lubrense. Sorrento is 14 km, with ferries to Capri, and Positano 17 km. Naples airport is 61 km.
