A rustic property near Termini, at the tip of the Sorrento peninsula, made up of a main villa, a separate dépendance and a studio set in a lush garden with sea views.

The main villa has a living room with fireplace, a dining area and kitchen opening onto terraces, a ground floor double en suite and, upstairs, three doubles and a twin sharing two bathrooms. The dépendance has a double, a bunk room, a bathroom and a veranda living room with kitchen. The studio has a single room, sofa bed, kitchenette and wood burning oven.
Outside
A 7 m by 5 m pool with sun loungers sits in the garden. A generous terrace near the entrance has an outdoor dining area and barbecue. From the road, a path of about 40 minutes leads down to the rocky cove of Cala di Mitigliano, facing Capri.

About 1.4 km from the centre of Termini. Massa Lubrense is 7 km away, Sorrento 15 km and Positano 22 km. Naples airport is 63 km.
