Four are on the ground floor, including a 38 m² master bedroom with a freestanding bathtub and a sofa bed for a child; three are on the lower ground floor. An open living area with a well equipped kitchen, plus a laundry room.
Outside
A pool of 80 m², 1.4 m deep, with a generous paved sun terrace and loungers. A covered portico holds the outdoor dining table, beside an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. A quiet corner of the olive grove is set aside for yoga.
Location
In the countryside about 1.5 km from Andrano, with its supermarket and bank, and 4 km from Diso. The coves of Marina di Andrano and the Grotta Verde are 5 km, Castro 7 km, Otranto 31 km. Brindisi Airport is 97 km.
