The villa
A 17th century estate among centuries old olive trees, made up of a manor house and three restored cottages. Antique staircases, vaulted ceilings and fireplaces keep its historic character, with gardens, a winter garden and a vaulted library linking the buildings.
Inside
Six bedrooms. The manor house has living, TV and dining rooms with fireplace, the kitchen, and a master suite with fireplace, dressing room, study and private terrace. One cottage has a double and a twin with two bathrooms; a former stable holds a vaulted double; the third cottage has two en suite doubles. The library has its own shower room.
Outside
A 10 by 4 m pool, 3 m deep, sits on a terrace garden with solarium. Lawns and olive trees surround an outdoor dining table with wood burning oven and fountain, and a tree house for children. An ancient underground olive mill, just outside the estate, seats 20 for dinner.

In the Itria Valley countryside 8 km from Fasano. Cisternino is 14 km, Ostuni 20 km, Monopoli 22 km and Alberobello 27 km. Brindisi Airport is 49 km and Bari Airport 80 km.
