The villa
A masseria in the Valle d'Itria countryside, surrounded by centuries old olive groves. Rustic furnishings and careful detail run through a main house, a trullo and a separate annex, with a caretaking family living in their own house at the edge of the garden.
Inside
Six double bedrooms of 28 to 35 m², each with an en suite bathroom and a sofa bed. The main house has a living room, dining area and kitchen, two doubles on the ground floor and two upstairs. The trullo holds the master suite, with fireplace and Jacuzzi tub; a further double sits in its own annex.
Outside
An irregular pool, roughly a triangle with 18 m sides and up to 3.8 m deep, with a paved and furnished sun terrace. The trullo opens directly onto the pool. A courtyard, outdoor lounge, outdoor dining area and barbecue complete the grounds.

In the Valle d'Itria countryside, with a bar 3.5 km away and a supermarket and pharmacy about 5 km away. Ostuni is 16 km, Cisternino and Martina Franca 22 km, Alberobello 37 km. Brindisi Airport is 52 km.
