The villa
A restored 16th century estate among vineyards outside Sant'Angelo in Colle, with views over the Tuscan hills. Much of the wooden furniture is handmade from the beams of the original 1500s roof.

Eleven double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. An apartment with a living room, fireplace, kitchen with breakfast table and two double bedrooms, plus nine suites of 20 to 35 sqm, two with king size beds, looking over the pool, the inner garden or the Val d'Orcia. The old barrel cellar is now the dining room. Gym.
Outside
A 4 x 10 m salt water pool with a wide paved sun terrace, a tranquil garden and views of rolling countryside. Parking for up to 30 cars within the grounds.

Just outside the hilltop village of Sant'Angelo in Colle, which has basic shops. Montalcino is 11 km, Pienza 34 km, Montepulciano 47 km. Florence Airport is 148 km, Rome Fiumicino 221 km.
