The villa
A country villa and its two storey dépendance within a working wine estate in the Val d'Orcia, set in a garden with wide views of the countryside. Timber ceilings and fireplaces keep a warm Tuscan character.
Inside
The main house has a bright living room, a dining room and a kitchen, plus a first floor sitting room with fireplace and a Tuscan kitchen. Seven bedrooms, including a queen size canopy room, most with king size beds or twins; six bathrooms, one shared by two rooms. The dépendance has a living room with fireplace, a kitchen and two doubles with shower rooms.
Outside
An 11 x 5 m pool, 1.2 m deep, with sun loungers and parasols; an outdoor dining area with barbecue and a covered lounge. Table tennis, a basketball hoop and an electric car charging point.
Location
On the estate 5 km from Buonconvento, which has shops, restaurants and a pharmacy. Montalcino is 18 km, Siena 30 km, Pienza 31 km. Florence Airport is 110 km.
