The villa
A 450 sqm Tuscan farmhouse on a hilltop, with a 200 sqm restored barn beside it. Traditional stone architecture meets modern comfort, surrounded by rolling Val d'Orcia countryside.

The main house has living rooms with fireplaces, a grand dining room, a kitchen and a guest bathroom. Six bedrooms: five doubles and a twin, each with its own bathroom, the ground floor master with a study; a single sofa bed upstairs. The barn has three en suite doubles, a lounge bar, a kitchenette, a gym with relaxation area and a large playroom.
Outside
A 16 x 5 m infinity pool and a hot tub, both solar heated. A broad terrace with pergolas, patios and covered dining areas, a barbecue, lawns and a vegetable and flower garden, all within three acres of landscaped grounds.
