The villa
A traditional farmhouse and guest house in the countryside south of Montalcino, restored with care to keep its Tuscan character. Fireplaces, a veranda and a lush garden, with Brunello vineyards all around.
Inside
Main house: a living room and a dining room, each with a fireplace, and a large kitchen opening onto the veranda; a double bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, a sitting room, two doubles with bathrooms and a double and twin sharing one. The guest house has three doubles and a twin, each with its own bathroom.
Outside
A 14 x 6 m pool, 1.5 m deep, with sun loungers; an outdoor lounge, a dining area with barbecue, a patio and a children's play area in the garden.
Location
About 4 km from Sant'Angelo Scalo for a bar, restaurants and a small supermarket, and 3 km from the Argiano winery. Montalcino is 11 km, Castiglion del Bosco golf club 7 km, Grosseto 47 km. Florence Airport is 145 km.
