The villa
An ancient stone farmhouse on a hill near Sarteano, built of travertine and surrounded by the estate's organic vineyards and olive groves. A main house and two cottages, with breakfast served six days a week and daily housekeeping.
Inside
Main house: living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen and two guest bathrooms. First floor: a suite with two en suite doubles and a sitting room, and a family suite with a double, a twin, a shared shower room and a sitting room. Four en suite doubles on the second floor. Each cottage has a double bedroom and a living room. Sauna and treatment room.
Outside
A 20 x 4.5 m travertine pool set in a wide lawn. The old lemon house holds a bar, a cooking area, a barbecue and a wood oven. The cottages share a patio with two stone reflecting pools facing the vines. Tennis court and table tennis.
