The villa
A main villa and a garden cottage within a private country estate of woods, olive groves and valleys, owned by the same family for generations, sleeping 12 in six bedrooms.
Inside
The main villa has a living room with fireplace, a well equipped kitchen and a laundry room, with five bedrooms, each en suite: four king size doubles and one twin. The cottage adds a king size bedroom with en suite bathroom, a living room, small kitchen and dining table.
Outside
A fenced garden of about 10,000 sqm and a heated pool of 7 x 15 m finished in mosaic, heating on request. A panoramic pergola by the cottage seats 12 for dinner, a wooden table by the kitchen seats eight, and a barbecue and sunset cocktail spot complete the grounds.

On a private estate in central Umbria, about 3 km from the Antognolla golf course, with Umbertide and Pierantonio 10 to 15 minutes by car. Perugia is 21 km and Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport 35 km.

The service includes tidying of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a quick clean of the kitchen. For stays longer than one week, a more thorough cleaning is provided once a week.
