A restored villa on the summit of Monte Santa Croce north of Perugia, with 360 degree views over the estate and surrounding hills. Inside, rustic modern elegance in neutral tones and light wood. Three doubles sleep six, within a private, fenced garden.

The ground floor has a sitting room with fireplace, a dining room opening to the terrace, a kitchen with a small breakfast table, a guest bathroom and laundry. Upstairs, three doubles with en suite shower rooms: two with super king beds convertible to twins, one with outside access, and one with a four poster.
Outside
A 13 by 5 m infinity pool appears to float above the valley, with sun loungers and a heated Jacuzzi. A paved terrace holds lounge seating and outdoor dining for eight under a pergola. A barbecue area and a teak hammock sit in the landscaped garden. Parking for three cars.
Location
On a hilltop about 2.5 km from Antognolla Golf, with shops in Umbertide and Pierantonio 10 to 15 minutes by car. Perugia is 22 km away, Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport 34 km and Gubbio 38 km.
