The villa
A contemporary villa of essential lines in the rolling countryside just outside Assisi, all on one floor, with open views over the hills. Three doubles sleep six, set in a lush garden.

A large open plan living and dining area with modern kitchen, divided from the lounge by a bookcase; a modern fireplace and glass doors onto the garden. Three bright doubles with French doors to the outside, each with an en suite shower room, one accessible for guests with disabilities. A sauna, a laundry and an integrated sound system.
Outside
A 12 by 4 m pool with a Jacuzzi corner, heated on request, and a furnished sun deck looking over the countryside. Two gazebos: one shades an outdoor fitness area, the other a dining table and barbecue. Parking for seven or eight cars, two covered.

In the countryside 5 km from Assisi, under ten minutes by car. Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport is 14 km away, Perugia 23 km and Todi 55 km.
