The villa
A villa rebuilt on the ruins of a medieval watchtower within a private country estate of woods, olive groves and valleys, owned by the same family for generations. Warm colours, generous beds and fine cotton linen.

An elegant living room with fireplace and a well equipped kitchen, with a laundry room below ground. Three bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom: two king size doubles and one with two sets of bunk beds.
Outside
A private fenced garden with an infinity pool of 6 x 15 m and a heated Jacuzzi, pool heating on request. A roof terrace looks over the valley; outdoor sofas and a dining table face the living room, and a barbecue area seats eight.

On a private estate in central Umbria, about 3 km from the Antognolla golf course, with Umbertide and Pierantonio 10 to 15 minutes by car. Perugia is 21 km and Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport 35 km.
