The villa
An 18th century mansion within a fenced park on a hill facing medieval Monteriggioni. Vaulted ceilings, a 17th century stone staircase and original antique furniture give it the feel of a historic family house.
Inside
The ground floor opens onto a vaulted great hall, the oldest part of the house, leading to a master bedroom with a green marble French fireplace and en suite bathroom. Also a dining room with three garden windows, the kitchen and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, a sitting room, four en suite doubles (one with a bathtub) and two twins sharing a bathroom.
Outside
A 10 x 5 m pool sits in a secluded lawn behind the house, among cypresses and olive trees, with sun loungers. The park is laid out as a botanical garden, with a grove of cedars and oaks, a gazebo for dining and a yard of lemon trees.

On a hill overlooking Monteriggioni, 2 km from the village of Staggia with its bars and restaurants. San Gimignano is 20 km, Siena 22 km and Florence 57 km. Florence airport is 61 km and Pisa airport 101 km.
