The villa
A former castle, contested until the late 18th century, standing within its walls beside a dépendance and a nine hectare private park of woods and garden. Lime putty walls, Impruneta terracotta floors, coffered ceilings, a Pienza travertine terrace and a kitchen entirely in Carrara marble.
Inside
The 500 sq m main house: a loggia, entrance hall, living and dining rooms with fireplaces, a 10 x 6.5 m marble kitchen, two doubles with statuary marble bathrooms, a study usable as a bedroom and a children's room. The 300 sq m dépendance: a living room with sofa bed, laundry, five doubles and a bunk room, sharing four bathrooms.
Outside
A pool with sun beds and umbrellas, overlooked by a first floor terrace. A loggia with tables and chairs for outdoor meals, a barbecue, table tennis, and nine hectares of woods and garden for long walks in complete privacy.
