The villa
One of three houses on a 20 acre estate on a hill below Panzano: a 16th or 17th century farmhouse of natural stone with a small dovecote turret. Restored with original materials, solar and geothermal energy; paintings of women hang throughout.
Inside
Seven en suite doubles for 14, four convertible to twins, over four levels. A master bedroom with freestanding Jacuzzi bath; the seventh bedroom sits in the turret. A kitchen with seven burner cooker and double oven, a living room, two sitting rooms with fireplace and a dining room. Below, a heated indoor pool (up to 29°C) with bar and lounge.
Outside
A Mediterranean garden with olive trees, terraces and old stonework. Two pools, open May to September: a 6 x 6 m shallow pool and an 11 x 3.5 m above ground pool. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a patio table for all guests.

About 850 m from the village of Panzano, reached by a short unpaved road. Greve in Chianti is 10 km, Siena 42 km, Florence 44 km. Florence Airport is 52 km, Pisa Airport 93 km.
