The villa
A 17th century Chianti estate of a farmhouse and a medieval granary, restored with Tuscan antiques, hand carved furniture, marble and travertine bathrooms and Frette linens. Solar powered. One private chef dinner with organic wine is included; weekday breakfast service and bilingual concierge.
Inside
Seven doubles, all en suite. The farmhouse, for 10: a chef's kitchen with fireplace, hand carved chandeliers and an estate Chianti Classico wine cooler, two living rooms with fireplaces, a study, a fitness room and five bedrooms, several with private terraces. The granary, for four: an open living room with stone walls, a marble kitchen and two master suites with double showers.
Outside
A heated saltwater pool with furnished poolside and covered patio. Pergola shaded dining with stone outdoor kitchens, a wood fired pizza oven, a stone firepit, a bocce court and a playground. Hiking trails through vineyards, olive groves and oak forest; EV charging.
Location
On the south side of the Cambolli hill, 2.5 km from the Fonterutoli wine hamlet and 4 km from Castellina in Chianti. Siena is 23 km, about half an hour. Florence Airport is 53 km, Pisa Airport 104 km.
