The villa
One of three houses on a 20 acre estate on a hill below Panzano, in the style of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse. Restored with original materials, solar and geothermal energy, it combines period charm with modern comfort; tall hedgerows keep each garden private.

Seven en suite doubles for 14, three convertible to twins, over two floors. On the ground floor, three bedrooms, one with a freestanding Jacuzzi tub, a kitchen with seven burner cooker and double oven, a living room, dining room, billiard room and guest bathroom. Four more doubles upstairs.
Outside
An 18 x 6 m pool, open May to October, with a spacious poolside of loungers and wide views. A Mediterranean garden with olive trees, terraces and old stonework; a large patio for outdoor dining, a lounge area and a barbecue.
