A stone and wrought iron staircase rises to four more doubles, two convertible to twins, and two bathrooms, one with a large bath. Three single beds can be added on request.

A lush garden with a 12 x 4 m pool, 1.3 m deep, with Jacuzzi and relaxation area, and a generous sun deck. An outdoor lounge and dining area sits beneath an old wisteria.

In the countryside 1 km from Montelopio, with services in Peccioli and golf at Castelfalfi 10 km away. Volterra is 26 km away, San Gimignano 28 km and Pisa airport 50 km.
