The villa
A farmhouse among hills, vineyards and olive groves between Lucca and Florence, finished in a modern style with retro touches from the 1950s and 1970s. A sculptural spiral staircase links all three floors.
Inside
The ground floor holds a living room with fireplace and an open kitchen and dining space for ten, plus a double opening onto a pool terrace. Upstairs, a king master with walk in wardrobe and hill view terrace, a queen double with terrace and a twin, all en suite. Below, a 75 square metre king suite with terraces, a game room and a guest bathroom.
Outside
A kept garden around a heated saltwater pool, 23 x 4 m with a Jacuzzi corner, and a paved deck with loungers and large parasols. An al fresco dining area with barbecue, several bedroom terraces facing the mountains or vineyard, and gated parking for about 15 cars.

In the countryside 16 km from Lucca, with a supermarket and restaurants a few kilometres away. Pisa airport is 52 km away, Florence airport 59 km, Pisa 33 km and Florence 67 km.
