A stone farmhouse with terracotta roofs on a wine estate near Lucca, updated with modern comfort while keeping its old world character. A separate hayloft apartment sits next door, in the building where the winery manager lives.

The pool level has a grand dining room, two living rooms and a chef's kitchen with French windows to the garden. Below are three en suite doubles and a twin with its own bathroom. The hayloft, all on one level, has a living and dining area, a kitchen and an en suite double.
Outside
A private back garden with a pool, loungers and large parasols, and lounge and dining corners shaded by wisteria. The front garden opens onto the wider estate.

On a wine estate 10 km from Lucca. Pisa airport is 44 km away, Pisa and Viareggio 25 km each and Florence 87 km.
