The villa
A private estate of 19th century origin on the western shore of Lake Como, reached by boat: a landing stage leads through formal gardens and a fountain pool to the main house. A guest house, lakeside terrace house, pool house and boathouse complete it.
Inside
Seven bedrooms for 14 guests. The main house has a master suite with lake views, fireplace, private office and marble bathroom, three further suites with terrace, balcony or garden views, a studio suite for a nanny and a lakeview library with fireplace. The terrace house adds two bedrooms, a kitchen and living room. A second house holds a Kaleidescape cinema and TechnoGym gym.
Outside
An L shaped heated infinity pool lined in glass tile, with teak decking and waterfall views. A floodlit tennis court framed by a rose arbour, loggia terraces for dining, cypress avenues, lawns, secluded seats and a kitchen garden for guests. Water skiing and sailing can be arranged.

1.4 km from Lenno, close to Villa del Balbianello; a hilltop path leads to the village on foot. Tremezzo 4 km, Bellagio and Menaggio 9 km, Como 27 km. Lugano airport 56 km, Milan Malpensa airport 72 km.
