The villa
An 18th century family house on the eastern shore of Lake Como, set in ten hectares of century old botanical park with a rose walk, rock garden, vineyard, olive groves and orchards. Frescoes, crystal chandeliers and heirlooms fill the rooms.

A heated 10 by 5 m pool with sun loungers beneath the cedars, a Liberty gazebo laid for breakfast, and 200 m of private waterfront for swimming and boating. The terrace looks across the lake to the Alps.
