The villa
A spacious, richly furnished house on the quiet north western shore of Lake Como, with a garden, pool and lake views. Built around family life: a games room for children, connecting rooms and a beach just beyond the gate.
Inside
Six double or twin bedrooms and two single rooms for 14 guests. Each double has an en suite bathroom; two connect to a single room that shares it. Two first floor rooms share a furnished lake view terrace. The ground floor has an entrance hall, living room, dining room with lake views, a large kitchen and a games room with table tennis.
Outside
An octagonal 8 by 5 m pool, heated from mid May to mid September, with a sundeck and loungers. A dining area in the garden looks over the lake, and a public walkway in front of the house leads to a small, unserviced pebble beach.

On the lakeshore by Pianello del Lario, with a bar 300 m away and shops about 600 m. Dongo 3 km, Gravedona 6 km, Menaggio 11 km. Lugano airport 44 km, Milan Malpensa airport 90 km.
