The main house of an 18th century estate on the eastern shore of Lake Como, reached by a private gated road. A hallway of mosaics, marble staircases, a lift and a Steinway in the music room set a formal, lakeside tone.

Eight double bedrooms for 16 guests, each with an en suite marble bathroom, air conditioning and electric blinds. The first floor holds the lakefront master with dressing room and two further doubles; four more doubles share the second floor with a sitting room and kitchenette.
