The villa
A contemporary house among olive trees on the eastern shore of Lake Como at Limonta, arranged over several levels down the garden, with lake views from the pool and most bedrooms. Run with the ease of a small hotel: minibars, desks and daily housekeeping.
Inside
Seven double bedrooms of about 18 sqm, each en suite with a seating area and writing desk. Two open onto lake view balconies, one onto the pool, and a suite has a freestanding bath. The ground floor holds a living room with fireplace, a dining room, the kitchen and two of the bedrooms.
Outside
A 9 by 7 m infinity pool, about 2 m deep, with a Jacuzzi and a sundeck with loungers facing the lake. A dining terrace and bar in the garden are laid for long evenings outdoors.
